FAA Investigates Skydiving Sex Act in Taft
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating an alleged sex act filmed over the skies of Taft, California. The incident alleges the airplane’s pilot may have been distracted while flying, which violates federal regulations. Alex Torres, porn star and part-time sky dive instructor, allegedly had sex in the plane over the skies of Taft with the receptionist of the sky diving company, then parachuted from the plane to continue the act midair.
Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch said he fired Torres, and has yet to decide if he will fire the company’s receptionist.
Authorities said Torres posted the video on his website, but has since taken the video down on Monday. Students at Taft High School shared the video to the point it went viral, which prompted Torres to remove it. The stunt was to get Howard Stern’s attention.
Taft Police Lt. Ed Whiting said no criminal charges are pending.
Chrouch said the pilot was never in danger of loosing control of the plane. “”No I wasn’t concerned,” Chrouch said. “He was in complete control of the plane at all times. I mean he looked back a couple of times. The same thing he does if there are other skydivers in the plane. He is going to look back, he’s going to look around to see what everyone is doing.”
